 I had the tight radius bent by a shop, but I did the rest of the bending using hand & leg power.
       
     
 I used the swing arm axle to line up my new axle plate.

 I bought my fenders from Cooper Smithing in Washington State and cut few inches out of the middle and welded them back together.
       
     
 I welded the pill shaped tank to hold the battery and electronics.
       
     
 I used wet sandpaper and then metal polishing compound on the tank.
